This site has been created from the ashes, of severe depression & drug addiction.

The willingness to do better and not accept my own short comings, when slowly started doing the things i needed to do for my self my life started to change. As my spirit started to rise things around me started to change, more abundance more happiness all around me, I WAS HOOKED. And now everyday i work on my self and everyday i get better, my world gets better. I bring you this website as a gift of giving back, I hope you put yourself first and do the things you have to do everyday to raise your spirit and change your world!
